Agave Blue is above all a qualitative restaurant with 95% fresh products cooked on site by our team of professionals chefs. A varied menu, cool and trendy products, a tequila bar, tacos, tapas, and lots of festive moments. Sergio is very hands on and manages the kitchen. He chose each and every item for the menu making sure to be as authentic and fresh as possible. Being from Queretaro, Mexico, he has a great eye for flavor and a passion for food.

Stephanie manages the bar and has worked hard to create a family restaurant where children can have a good time with their parents. Stephanie and Sergio’s children can be seen helping at the restaurant or running around and playing.
